Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes we need to change our plans. However, we ask that you give the salon a minimum of 24 hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This provides an opportunity for another guest to book in and for the stylist to be able to better arrange their schedule.

Please note that by “no showing” an appointment, not only is the stylists schedule affected, but there is often a wait list of other guests who would love to have been able to come in.


Late Policy

Your appointment time has been booked especially for you and your desired service. As such, if you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or offered a different service that can be accommodated in the time remaining as a curtesy to our guests booked after you.


ReDo / Adjustment Policy

We do our best communicate clearly with our clients to deliver the best results. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, we would love the opportunity to make it right. Please note that it often takes a few appointments to achieve desired look, so redo’s will be offered only when salon error has occurred.

  • When possible, your service provider should be notified prior to leaving the salon

  • All requests for adjustments/redo’s must be made within 5 days of the original service

  • Redo services must be booked within 10 days of original service when possible

  • Redo services must be given the full service time as requested by your stylist

  • Redo services must be competed by the original stylist

  • A redo service will not be available if another service has been completed at home or in another salon

  • Redo’s will not be available on corrective services



Retail products may be returned for exchange or store credit within a week of purchase. Refunds are not available on services, we do however have a redo/adjustment policy as stated above if you are dissatisfied with your results.
